先說結論 假設總薪資不變的情形下 高底薪對員工來說絕對是好的
很多人覺得反正總薪資不變 移薪也沒甚麼大不了
那你可能是單身 或是家裡沒甚麼經濟壓力
試想一下有需要現金流的家庭 要買房生活的每月支出是怎樣
都在台積電年薪200了 買個房成家立業應該不為過吧
以新竹/竹北為例
最近房價的漲勢 想要買個舊大樓三房兩廳 保守抓個1200
貸款8成 30年攤還 利率1.31 每月要繳 3.2萬
加上要養小孩 養老婆 養個車 每個月要花多少啊
以一個要成家年紀的GG員工
用本來月薪計算 每個月隨便都馬透支
遠水救不了近火 還要等分紅是有多慘
分紅比底薪還高 真的是很奇怪的一件事
有高一點的底薪去支持現金流絕對比分紅制有優勢
希望台灣公司的老闆們多用高底薪 提升現在有夠慘的結婚率跟生育率才是正軌
像GG這種世界級的大公司 應該要調高個50% 再降低分紅跟底薪比例對員工才好
不過GG為了留人 不想讓你跳槽 只好用分紅綁你
我看如果沒用高分紅 人一定走的更兇
現在的調幅只是稍微平衡一下畸形的薪資制度而已
