各位大大好,
我知道這個話題討論很多遍了
但小弟我還是覺得跳槽加薪10-30%甚至50-60%
都還是要看現在基底是多少而定
想請問各位大大,
如果年薪整包是130萬,跳槽年薪應該抓幾%
又年薪如果是200萬,應該抓幾%好呢?
是不是年薪越高,跳槽的幅度會越低呢?謝謝!

結論啦 台廠的HR根本不懂幫同事討薪水啦 多那底薪一
年幾十萬也不是他出的最好直接大開口喊80趴給他砍免
得受氣
