這樣比有些失準，端午節0.5個月並不見得比較好，
因為有些公司年薪14個月
是分成端午、中秋各0.5個月，年終1個月，總共14個月。
這種表面看起來好像領了半個月的獎金，其實只是提早拿到年終的分紅而已。
結果是輸給年終2個月，端午0個月，但有領到肉粽的人
