退訓幾日前提出有無限制? - 離職

不才目前在某機關受訓
但受訓期間有幸考上司特
有以下三點請教:
1.
如果預計在12/27退訓(屆時受訓約3個月)
是否有規定最晚必須在幾天前提出嗎?
或是只要來得及辦妥所有手續即可?
2.
此手續為 "離職" or "辭職" or 只稱"退訓" ??
3.
因受訓期間非正式公務人員,所以應該沒有年資銜接問題?
