請問各位前輩：
去某公司面試時，單位主管說，有錄取了
兩個禮拜後，人資打電話通知錄取也談了薪水跟年薪了，等兩個禮拜後人資主管核簽後統
一發紙本offer
於是就在家裡等消息，但一直等不到offer，打電話去問的回答是說，人資核簽核准後，
錄取了但不一定任用，等人資任用後才會發offer
請問這樣拿到offer的機率高不高？
