過年前轉職是否恰當? - 離職

上個月底去面試一間公司，抱著去測試一下自己的薪資水準
沒想到，上週二通知我錄取了。並告知我12月中要報到。
而明年過年是1/30，等於再過兩個月就要領年終
心理很掙扎，因為要放棄原公司的年終...
再來，到新公司後又未滿三個月，也領不到三節(過年)
請問有可能要求錄取的公司年後報到嗎??
不然，真的覺得挺不划算的。
另一方面又會想，如果年後報到，等於我1月初就要提離職。
那麼主管會不會因為我要離職，而把我的年度考績打差?(可能2個月變1個月?)
應該沒有人會想要放棄年終吧?= =
請問各位前輩，有沒有更好的方式呢?
