上這5500元 ? 當然,不只薪水,還有相關硬體設備的配
合、如何管理、指派甚麼工作都是困擾。身障同胞求職已
經不容易了,你還要加深外界"身障者難搞"的負面印象嗎
?
問題是,大部分的身障同胞都很珍惜得來不易的工作機
會。不論在前機關或現職,約雇的身障同仁都很盡責,腦
性麻痺的甲、駝背到90度的乙,拖著殘軀一步一步的在各
單位穿梭傳遞文件。如此辛勞,所得不過兩萬出頭,遑論
在街頭賣口香糖的身障同胞了。
相形之下,閣下難道不懂得惜福嗎? 須知一般國考競爭
何其激烈,考上後連高普考都要綁三年了。你透過身特取
得公務員資格,只服務一年就想調回故鄉,這........
是的,也許身特規定滿半年就能請調,但法律也賦予長
官同意權,就人事穩定、業務銜接做通盤考量。實務上,
以敝機關為例,南居北工的同仁刑滿後申請調回鄉,排隊
等個兩三年者比比皆是。前幾天看人事調動,最新輪到的
是101年申請的。他們為什麼不去鬧?
總之,不知道你調回故鄉的理由是甚麼。若是至親無自
理能力等特困理由,相信貴機關首長不會阻攔。若只想離
家近,你問5f,誰不想? 你可以申請,被駁回就申訴、再
申訴,甚至找立委陳情都是制度允許的。但,鬧,是怎樣

難找合用的身障員工?人事部門上了這麼久職務再設計的課
程是幹什麼吃的?公部門服務的是全體民眾,不去思考公家
機關無障礙環境的易近性,不要說身障員工,難道沒有身障
