關於接待禮儀─『請稍候』 - 服務業討論

各位板友日安:
末學在飯店客務部任職主管,最近在進行教育訓練
時,一位新進員工對接待禮儀的用語提出問題;
她在以前的公司與客人應答時,依照流程回答客人
『請稍後』,但對方勃然大怒「妳叫誰騷貨」之類的,
當時好像主管們也處理了好一陣子..
雖然我個人認為這只是少數個案,不過的確對同事
造成心理陰影;目前她改用『請等一下』雖然意義相
同,但考量機率與成本,我個人傾向維持現行流程,
但提醒同仁們注意咬字及語氣..
想請教各位,是否有遇過類似的「地雷字」,或者
可以迴避的替代方案呢?畢竟能預防一組是一組..:]
