關於薪酬的英文翻譯 - 人資

小弟最近正在讀一些關於薪酬的文章
其中有個內容這樣講:

Specifically, the need for frequent recruitment
and for managerial discretion in pay allocation suggests that hightechnology
firms would benefit little from a policy of openness, especially
when such decisions increase pay differences and internal inequities
(e.g., signing bonuses, red circles, or stock options for key contributors).

小弟的問題是後面的e.g.
signing bonuses 是簽約金
stock options 是股票選擇權

唯獨 red circles 連拜google大神也查不到
應該說這兩個字太簡單 所以查到一堆有的沒有的

想請問各位先進 red circles 是啥薪酬?
