離職休退或休假折算薪資 - 公職

各位先進大家好:
小弟規劃提出離職,惟今年度的14天慰勞假,以及去年累積的加班補休、出差補休均尚未
使用完畢,想請教:
1. 是否可以在離職簽請准休退,例如離職簽簽出後30日其中有6~10個工作日是休假或補
休。
2. 承上,如機關不准予休退,或是未休完之慰勞假、加班補休、出差補休是否能全部核
算為薪資給付?還是有一定是日數與時數上限呢?
