勞基法規定,到職一年以下勞方離職時,需於七天前提出。
大家都知道離職申請單上需要填寫「離職日期」,然後給上層蓋章,
就算上面不準,只要符合離職預告天數,一樣可以走。
假設適用於離職者的法定預告天數為十四天。
離職者在 12/1 號提出離職,未說明離職日期,是否可在 12/15 號後的任一天離職?
離職者在 12/1 號提出離職,離職日期為12/15,是否可在 12/15 號後的任一天離職?
