餐飲業的工作時數 - 服務業討論

我目前在一家餐廳裡上班約一個半月了
這是我第一次做餐飲業正職的工作
所以有點疑惑是不是大部份的餐廳都是這樣:
每天早上11點上班
晚上約10點可以清潔完 下班
(有時會收到10點半)
中間沒有空班
然後月休六天
底薪1萬8 午餐晚餐公司出錢
最近越做越累
因為每天幾乎花12個小時在公司上
(我來回總共要40幾分鐘)
想知道 其它餐廳也是工作時數那麼長嗎?
身體有點受不了Orz
