看到不少人拿到口頭offer卻又擔心被婊了又婊......

其實各家公司做法不盡相同,
以我自己和身邊朋友的經驗,
當你接到口頭通知時候,
儘量要在1~2周內向人資要到一份offer通知,
有制度的公司,向人資要都會有,
如果人資說還要跑個簽呈或是主管待核,
你更應該要積極詢問, (除非你手邊還有其他選擇)
最好是拿到紙本,如果是e-mail的話,
詢問人資是否為有效人事信函,
人資會向你核對,無誤才OK,
因為有的公司會把e-mail作為正式通知,
等到正式報到才會再簽署一份契約。 (賣肝契約?)
確認你新公司的部門-職位-職等-薪資,
然後準備好應繳交的資料,
這時如果你仍在職,就可以提出辭呈了。
並且向新公司再次確認報到日期,順便可以確認你的offer真實度唷!
通常到這階段,就已是過了奈何橋,無法再回頭囉。
去辦理離職證明、勞健保轉出單,
去醫院做新進員工健康檢查(自費),
等正式報到吧。
接到口頭offer,千萬不要傻傻等人資的下一步,
就像是你面試完之後,也不要傻傻等通知錄取與否
是我自己要一份工作,我就要積極點!
比較薪水比較N大N小,
是你自己歡喜願意比較重要吧,
好公司也有爛職缺、壞長官、傲同事,
爛公司也會有飛上天的時候。
