: 第二段是說我司近一次的訂單已是七年前了，基於長時間的沒有生意往來，所以他們要
: 求在出貨前我們能先付款。 是這樣嗎？
: 第三段: 我大致上懂一點點而已，仍需請版友幫我解釋一下。
: 重點是：我司這次的訂單是要在他們準備出貨前等通知匯款，還是先匯款給他們呢？
: 因為我司要求他們訂單確認回傳。

其實大致上就如同你說的那樣，以前你們的付款條件是 NET 30 DAYS
現在他們要求改成出貨前付款
　 看是T/T before shipment 7~10 days or T/T after order being confirmed


: 另，以下的PAYMENT TERMS是什麼意思呢？
: 1. NET 30DAYS
: 2. TO BE ARRANGED

NET 30 DAYS 是收到貨後,30天付款
TO BE ARRANGED我沒看過~但我想應該是立即付款的意思吧~~~
