主管不簽離職單的話怎麼辦？ - 離職

小弟在某前10大半導體廠，工作年資未滿三年。
公司的離職流程是電子簽核，已經在系統上填妥預定離職日送出。
啟動流程的日期距離職日超過30天，符合勞基法的規定。
該單需要兩層的主管簽，目前停在最後一位主管手上，遲遲未簽。
若是一直到離職當天還是沒有簽，我要怎麼辦呢？可以直接離開公司嗎？
