甲等若再減為６５％，要考甲會比現在難，
３％丙實在搶走太多光芒了，像這個規定，應該才是影響多人的吧？
也許是因為這規定屬於溫水煮青蛙的，不具立即致命性，
但是其實這法是在搞變相減薪，變相降等降級，
何來激勵？棺終所言的激勵在哪？
如果是乙甲乙乙乙甲，照現制六年已經升了兩等，
但現在一改，六年只升了一等，薪水加年終加退休金，差多少？至少六到七位數！
