Table of Contents
一、丙等比例不得低於3%
二、二次考績丙等 降一級改敘
三、三次考績丙等 資遣或強制退休
四、甲等比例上限 現行75% →調降為65%(排除最高5%的優等及3%的丙等)
五、二年考績甲等以上,才可以升等(現行一甲二乙就可以了)
救濟:若公務員烤餅,可以向保訓會提救濟
若遭到不公平對等待,考核主管年度考績不得考列甲等以上
結論:舊的不去,新的不來
