應該說反了 是貴公司太挑
你們找到像樣的人才 在外面都能找到更好的工作
那流動性當然很難降低
如果跳槽去開高的薪資 或是更低工時的工作
這樣能怪新人挑工作嗎???
(一天就走的八成是在等其他公司的offer 所以不用太傷心)
像是我們公司
年薪應該都有120~200萬左右
準時上下班 不用加班
對不少人來說這是還不錯的工作
可是有些部門因為外面的需求很高
能開出更高的價碼挖角 流動性還是很高
所以重點不是開多少錢
而是開多少錢找怎樣的人
如果要當慣老闆 建議還是找條件比較不好的 穩定性會高些
別忘了 公司在挑人 人也在挑公司
