: 事實是到你離開你永遠少拿一半分紅
: 而且還是年資最後一年最多的那一半
: 買股票跌個5%就唉唉叫了

最多少拿5/8 然後分紅薪水3:1好了 (5/8*0.75)/X = 0.05
約9.3年以上就小於5%了.不想那麼虧就9月走少拿 1/4分紅.那麼愛算可以挑一個EPS
不太好的一年離. 然後都要離了.當然是叫新頭家簽約金拿出來抵這損失.
這麼厲害的人才,台積這摳門給這麼一點, 對新東家來說太划算了.一定給得很乾脆

: 卻要用超低底薪卻高分紅這種配薪模式
台積不是公務員, 且主管還是有豬頭啦,要在一小時看出是不是pig有難度
不小心請了個pig 進來擺爛,年年拿棍難道只因為有個文憑就坐領高薪.
自認是人才的話台積調薪速度還算快. 小弟廢材年資12 底薪已超過6位數(今年還未調)
當然有些會說甚麼外商, google, 發哥之流 6位數是小case, 沒幾年年資就有
但台積難得在,像我這種廢材. 托益考不到600, 跟歪國人開會講一堆破英文
大學被當一堆. 一篇期刊也沒投過也有這種程度,相信比我厲害的人應該更高.
當然因為太廢,可以幫忙推薦底薪比這高的公司嗎? 我不care新人價,但請給我成長性
10年年資就有超過這個就好.

: 噓的人不如請你們述說下自己在GG的工作內容
其實蠻爽的,就找一堆外國人本國人經理,還有到處長VP
用他們聽也聽不太懂,看也看不太懂得破英文
來review一堆PHD. 這些企業可能還是我投胎10輩子也進不去的那種
但他們就是乖乖來幫你上課,幫你提改善計畫. 如果把它們想成大學教授
一天光學費就賺好幾萬了啦.

: 請問在摩爾定律逼近極限之際

RD有5千多人, 50%都有PHD. 平均年薪3M 叫做公司只擴充產線?
(不要喊沒有你給我,有到平均年資7年, RD單位 沒有3M你考績絕不可能在S以上)
拿摩爾定律當聖旨, 照摩爾定律,一樣的製程每兩年應該賣價要跌5成
(摩爾定律:每隔一年半IC產出量就可增加一倍,成本可降低五成)
但今天台積法說的財報.28奈米營收完全沒短少耶.但世佔已降到66%囉

難道甚麼都不做客戶是呆子不要求降價, 且忠心耿耿不離不棄.
要做出新東西很難,但我覺得要把舊東西做到極致也不會太簡單
如要說台積改變世界的策略, InFO不算?? Immersion 不算?
Giga Fab 不算? 將12吋各廠統一整合的系統不算? 高度自動化無人FAB不算?
省水省電省酸做在許多企業前不算? 你有聽過intel ,samsung 在做省水省電?
(2015 中鋼每日用水14.2-->12.5 萬噸 省13% 繳58億稅 = 愛台企業.
台積每日用水9萬噸 回收87% 繳300億稅 = 都靠用水補助,污染台灣,錢給外國人爛企業)

基本上領薪水的都是奴才. 不過有快樂的,也有不快樂的
又快5月了,今年要繳超過30萬的稅來愛國. 都不曉得該快樂還是不快樂.
