對於自己的權利都不敢主張
社會對這種公務員還能期待什麼?
申訴是對於考績的評量有所疑義
可以理性討論
有為的主管本有向部屬說明之義務
主管如因此對你貼標籤另眼看待
那是主管個人的情緒問題
跟考績無關
一碼歸一碼
長久以來
公部門裡這種醬缸和稀泥是非不分的官僚文化
是造成大眾對公務員存在不良印象的主因之一
更可悲的是
本應促進組織更新進步的年輕人考上公職後
卻仍複製盲從傳承著這種落後的陋規陋習
最後又變成那些老官僚的醜態
這個國家永遠不會進步!
柯文哲能夠當選
政策飽受爭議仍充滿人氣
是因為台北人已經受夠這種長久的醬缸文化
柯文哲的直白與破壞性帶來了改變官僚的希望
再者
你認為局處首長的位置可以坐多久?
要不要統計一下從中央到縣市
這些首長平均的任期
就算流年不佳遇到差的局長
黑又能黑多久?!
公務員老是為了不黑掉
做人處事畏首畏尾
不知道在怕什麼?!
既然公務員身份受到法律保障
又有何懼?!
你不太可能一輩子待在同一單位
你也不可能一輩子遇到同一位主管
有人說考上公職的都很優秀
我實在不太苟同
也許優秀跟膽識無關
也許會來考公職的絕大部分都是服從性高反思性低的好學生
一群有禮貌的失敗主義者!
