品名錯誤 - 國貿工作討論

大家好
我有一筆出貨已經結關也開船
正本文件已經寄到客戶手上
發現invoice與packing list有一項的品名打錯
只有其中的一項品名,數量和單價金額都沒有錯誤
已經跟客戶告知
本來要請報關行重做一份文件
但客戶要求不需重做
只需要我們發一份聲名說明錯誤的項目和正確的名稱並簽名
請問這樣可行嗎?是否會有問題?
聲名應該如何寫才行呢?謝謝
