商調後多久再調比較好？ - 職缺

想請教本上各位先進前輩大大們：
商調後剛到新職缺約1個月，但新單位果
然是個火坑才輪的到我換職系過去，把最重最
難的工作都丟給新人，根本還在熟悉單位風氣
跟文化就被迫接了某項最重的業務，果不其
然，該業務最近有上新聞......雖然目前還是前
手幫忙回應，而新聞所述的事時間上我也還沒
來，但照這種情況覺得前景堪慮阿......
所以想問，如果真的撐不下去是否快逃比較
好？但大約撐多久才會有人敢收呢？
