如何日常班破百呢 - 轉職

目前在上市製藥業從事三輪班製程工程師，年薪50到60之間兩年多工作經驗，但是對於輪班
沒有破百輪不下去，所以想往研發部門，因為是學士所以進不去上市公司的研發部門
目前打算往營收小於10億的精美小公司找不知道有沒有機會可以進去，本身除了很願意為公
司付出，富有責任心，大概沒什麼特別能力了，而且還是雜牌學士而已，然後26歲了，如果
再沒辦法轉職大概很難走出去了
問一下我該怎麼規劃之後的人生呢？
