Dear xxx,

Enclosed is the T/T receipt for our latest payment. Please let us know if
you have any questions.

We are sorry for the delay. We believe that both of us don't want to see this
kind of situation again, so we would like to know if it's possible that we can
use L/C (Letter of Credit) for our future orders. As you know, using L/C can
let you get the payment from banks soon and also
let our company pay the remaining 80% of the total invoice amount 6 months
later, which can give both of us the flexibilty to use our funds in the ways
we prefer.

Please let us know what you think of this. We may place a new order soon and
would like to know if we can start to use this new payment method for our next
order.
