工作上勞逸不均的情況，該怎麼解決和調適 - 薪水

如標題......
不知道板上的各位前輩是否有曾經遇過工作上勞逸不均，
工作量分配不公平的問題過？
我猜想應該是或多或少都有過吧．
雖然長官們也是盡量力求公平了．
可是人力短缺和預算刪減的情形，每年都每況愈下...公平根本越來越不可能．
老人叫不動，又乖又耐操能力也相對不錯的，通常都是第一個被長官想到的人．
有點替同事叫屈的原因是，
就是因為工作十足盡責認真，所以長官才會把大量工作交代給她．
可是這樣反而是害他工作量最重最需要常加班的人．
這樣感覺真的是好心沒有好報耶．
說是用考績和升遷來補償，真實情況是根本是看的到，吃不到．
同事們是這麼說的...
公務員的薪水非常的死，大家都是領一樣差不多的薪水，
要人家多工作量的話，真要補償，加錢才比較實在吧．
否則真的是只能自己心理面多調適了...
