工會喊加薪7500元 中華電冷處理

選在選前敏感時刻,中華電信工會昨日動員要求加薪,要求補足去年沒加的,以及
今年該加的共7500元,否則揚言罷工。中華電信強調今年已調薪4%,也額外加發一次性
激勵金,且工會應體認國內明年景氣難樂觀,公司經營面臨挑戰的風險壓力,希望工會體
諒。
中華電向來是國營事業的「幸福企業」,然薪資也造成勞資對峙,工會昨日表示,中華
電去年並未依照對外宣稱幅度加薪,造成基層員工實質損失,因此應補足去年未加薪額度
,並且再繼續加薪,合計加薪7500元。
工會並且要求,因新制退休金與適用勞動基準法舊制年資領取之退休金差距極大,為避
免兩種制度形成差異現象,中華電應將新制勞退提撥率由6%調升為15%,然這項提案卻
於10月協商會中確定跳票,辜負基層期待。
中華電對此表示,除每年依據考核調薪,為體恤員工因應物價帶來影響,也在今年起調薪
4%,並額外加發一次性激勵金,且為照顧及體恤新進人員,考量通膨壓力大,已於今年6
月調高新進人員起薪水準,調幅約6%。
中華電指出,今年陸續推出許多員工照顧方案,包括職場教保中心的設置,甚至更優於
法令,讓撫育3歲以下幼兒的員工每日減少1小時工時,也提高陪產及陪產檢假與產檢假的
天數至10天,並預告育兒福利加碼,每胎生育補助增至2萬元。
中華電強調,一向將員工視為公司重要的資產,也同樣重視勞資之間的夥伴關係,但在
美國聯準會大幅升息下,全球需求緊縮已在今年逐漸顯現,下半年疲弱態勢,還將持續面
臨地緣政治、金融波動、氣候異常,全球供應鏈變動生產區域等因素影響,經營難以樂觀
。
對此工會揚言,經罷工小組決議,若公司不立刻給予正面回應,將升高抗爭層級,為接
下來的全面罷工行動展開第一場暖身。
