各位律師好~
日前友人的爸爸出了一些事情
須要找律師幫忙打官司
所以想先上來問一下
貴行有沒有所謂的大略收費標準?(不用很精確 大概的範圍就好)
問了幾間律師事務所
友人的媽媽比較傾向找從司法官(應該是這樣說吧?)退下來的律師
但是這種的是不是費用都比較高?
因為是幫朋友問的 詳細的情形我也不是很清楚
指知道現在主要是刑事方面的問題
但之後好像也會有民事上的訴訟
所以也想請問民事和刑事的費用有不同嗎?
