從科技業落跑，目前面臨中鋼師和高考選擇 - 薪水

如題
小弟離往台g電一年了
考上高考(增額錄取)和中鋼機械師級
目前在中鋼待了二個星期
感覺算不錯(比起科技業)
但考慮到鋼業前景、工作環境、輪班、健康
是否該選公務人員？
福利上兩者應該差不多(公務人員沒有18%了)
薪水應該差很多
不知應該如何選起？
