我有跟原PO一樣的問題 現在部門主管是用拖字訣 ~"~
目前已經向管理部提出離職申請 但是上面的各項交接表格等等
都需要部門主管簽名才能向上簽呈跑完整個離職流程
如果主管一直拖著 公司流程可以直接不管 直接離開嗎?
我是4/6口頭提 4/15申請離職單 希望4/29前離職
(4/20才滿到職三個月)
我也不想要給管理部人資添麻煩啊啊啊 好苦惱
交接同事也願意幫忙是沒有問題(啊就沒啥好交接的)
