提離職了但是剛好又需做新人評比 - 離職

本人在進去將近滿三個月的時間,提離職了,上級主管(課)聽到消息時,表情非常之錯愕....
因為他認為本人學習進度快,同事間相處的也非常融洽,工作中也看不出有什麼不適
但我都提了能說什麼呢?只是他表示說我提的時機點非常之尷尬 我:怎說呢?
因為我們公司需要送三個月的新人評比給人事管理單位去審核,預計這月10號...
主管說如果給我好的評比,但是我卻走了,對部門來說不是件好處理的事,詳細原因是什麼?

反之那如果要給我評價差的評比,又怕影響到我下一份工作的reference check
我回他說看你們怎樣比較好做事,我頂多就不把這間公司的經歷寫進去
(反正也才不到三個月)
後來又呈報到更高一層的主管,那位上上級主管(處)就把我叫進去談了一個多鐘頭,
希望我能做到月底,不然最早就是11號,而我原先押的日期是在8號,我看這位主管(處)滿
苦口婆心的,我說可以再延一天,就是9號,但是這時他似乎就站起來,把這個會談做個
結束了,不想再多談些什麼了(似乎心理在不爽?!) 最後就笑笑的對我說:加油喔!
但我怎感覺他說這句話的時候,表情不是那麼的真誠....
我是認為也才差兩天而已,應該沒差吧?有人知道他們在打算什麼嗎?
