基本工資以調整案通過,工商業界叫好!全國商業總會理事長張平沼昨表示,企業界本來
就希望基本工資能「緩漲」,且等景氣變好,說不定可以漲更多;中小企業總會理事長林
秉彬也說,本來就不應該在大環境不佳的狀況下,調漲基本工資,否則雪上加霜。
張平沼指出,企業界並不是要基本工資「凍」漲,而只是「緩」漲!因為現在全全球的景
氣很不好,而台灣景氣對策信燈號已連續出現九個代表低迷的藍燈,休無薪假的人數已經
持續擴大,因此才會希望勞工能一起「共渡難關」,等景氣恢復,說不定明年可以調漲得
更多。
他坦言,現在社會對這基本工資調整的看法太過於兩極化,好像把政府和企業主形容成吝
嗇刻薄,造成與勞工間的對立,其實這是政府的敘述能力太差,沒辦法把企業界的看法表
達出來。
張平沼認為,實際的情況是,基本工資雖然定調為月薪有條件漲,但勞工朋友至少還是有
薪水可以過活;反之,若政府不顧整體景氣,堅持調漲基本工資,使企業經營成本增加造
成虧損、倒閉,勞工就直接失業了,那才是真的兩敗俱傷。
