有關研究助理工作 希望大家能給點意見 - 薪水

目前應徵到一份助理的職缺
但是還在猶豫要不要做
研究方向是有關分子模擬藥物設計
老闆是中國醫藥大學的老師 與國外MIT的實驗室有合作 目前他人也在國外
以下是合作實驗室的網址

老闆說他其實已找到人選
他跟找到的人選也說了這些話
如果我答應以下條件 可以加設一個名額
條件是:
1 必須念中國醫大博士班
2 必須有終身都作研究的決心
不過他也給了三項保證
1 保證博士班三年內畢業
2 保證畢業後 可以回中國醫大當助理研究員 等同助理教授
3 保證可以出國到這些合作的實驗室研究 有薪水
而我現在最大的問題是
若是要念博班 家裡負擔不起念博班的費用 我還有學貸要繳
但是如果有錢 我真的想唸 因為那是我有興趣的研究
我疑惑的是他的三大保證
因為這都是空口說說 萬一三年到了 有些事總是會不預期的發生的...
例如:怎麼確定研究過程很順利 一定三年畢業?
怎麼確定三年後一定有助理研究員的職缺?
我目前的想法是
若是我貸款唸了 萬一三年後是畢業了 萬一沒職缺
會不會找不到工作 因為畢竟只是私大博班
這樣只是又多一項債務 且浪費三年本來可以累積其他工作經驗的機會
但是我真的很想唸 因為是我有興趣的領域 當研究員是份很好的工作
只是保證太誘人會顯的太不真實 風險很大
希望各位給點意見
