純好奇, 為甚麼大家都想要升主管?
譬如說, 我現在是某G33, 可我也不想管人, 我也不想升主管,
我願意這樣一直幹33到退休, 年領一百多, 這樣有可能嗎?
我探聽到的消息是說,
等你年紀大到一個程度沒有升上去, 公司就會就會暗示你走人,
是真的嗎?
可是某G工作十幾年, 離職還真的不知道可以做甚麼,
跳去其他公司, 年資不就歸零嗎?
還是其他公司會願意算你年資?
