正職就不是人唷!?
螃蟹這樣對待近一兩年的正職&105年以前的研替?
沒碰到結構性調薪的正職就要接受螃蟹奇怪的核薪標準?
對!就是那個奇怪的核薪公式!!!
本來公司就會依照部門/學歷去核薪水,
大家都照著核薪公式那到沒話說,
這次的事件就是因為有人謊報薪資給研替,
讓研替以為有高薪,最後才選擇好棒棒的螃蟹捨棄其它更好的選擇,但我相信也有人最好
的選擇就是螃蟹,也有人核出來的薪水跟原本一樣!
因為有人出包就可以無視公式直接無視部門職位學歷一律調到新人的最高薪,那造著核薪
公式的正職算什麼?
對螃蟹來說員工不是公司的資產嗎?
不是能進公司的都好棒棒嗎?
那為何同職位還同部門的新人會有那麽大的薪水上的差距只是因為是正職?就活該?
別說正職沒綁約知道薪水不爽可以不要去,就我朋友還有他朋友的情況,在錄取時都是不
知道薪水的!
主管說公司新人都會依造公司內部的公式計算得知,只能核完拿到offer才知道,錄取時
因為答應要去又覺得大公司的核薪應該不會坑人,就把其它還有的機會給放棄了...
並在要報到前一個禮拜左右拿到offer才知道薪水...(都已經跟其它機會說再見了QQ)
最後...身為一個好公司不是應該對底下的員工有公平的對待嗎?
