最近持續在找研替
想請問一下,大家在談薪水的時候
會討論到調薪的部分嗎?
有的人資是會跟我說大概基本3%~5%之類的
但offer上面也都不會寫這部分(大概就跟分紅一樣,隨時會跳票吧)
畢竟要做三年,不像一般工作如果調薪or分紅不佳就閃人...
看到前幾篇好像有文章在講同事薪水差異的
推文好像蠻多都是在說差2,3k都同一個level,沒什麼好計較的
但如果固定調薪3%好了,三年下來薪資也是拉的更開
若從分紅的角度看,同樣年薪領18個月好了
幾乎就差了一個多月的薪資,這樣真的沒差嗎= ="
好吧我承認我是拿到一個理想中的offer
但上網查了才發覺跟人家薪資有點落差
不曉得是血統不純還是談薪表現太弱勢....
應該還是會去,只是有點鬱悶阿 囧囧囧
