分享一下小弟的心得吧,雖然我在系統廠,但是我每次都是調最多的那個...
大概原因有下:
1.抱整個團隊的大腿,公司有缺設備我全部自行購買,燒錄器整個團隊我一人買一台
螢幕的部份就花了20~30萬,我生日就請大家吃飯,等級跟PD請的一樣.
2.有案子全部吃下來做,所有大型的案子我都有份,該出技術的我全力以赴,光是這兩年
我預估我幫公司賺了上億,避免掉很多案子掉單的風險,因為PD有時候不太願意花錢買的
東西我都自行吸收買下來先測,競爭對手根本來不及追...
老實說我做得很開心,每天接案子對我來說就像玩Portal一樣有趣,我根本不在意薪水領
多少,主管也很願意幫我加薪,因為我一加薪我會拿出五倍以上的錢再回饋給大家....
這就是快速升遷的秘訣.
