約聘人員不續聘需要提前通知嗎? - 離職

我本身是約聘僱人員,勞健保在同一個單位底下已經五年,
每年都是簽訂該年度1/1~ 12/31的工作合約,
但一般來說都是在前一年十月底十一月初就已經簽好下年度的合約...
到現在還完全沒有動靜...
如果本單位不擬在下年度續聘我,是否應提早一個月或十天前告知?
或是依法其實可以不用先告訴我,直到12/31再通知我過完年不用來上班了?
如一開頭所說的,其實我在同一單位已有五年年資,
在實務上,我還算是定期人員嗎?
還是已經算不定期人員?
也就是若我明年沒被續約,究竟可否要求資遣費跟非自願離職證明?
