完全是看你服務的公司(企業)大與小
與 部門間切割是否完全
中小企業...真的是招募+薪酬+總務+行政..不為過
大企業..招募、訓練、行政都會有負責的人員..
新鮮人想要踏入HR真的要選一下公司
大小間有差
爆肝程度也有差
操得很操
涼的很涼
HR是養老職缺
我完全感受不到
我只感受到是加速老化職缺
平常的是超壓榨...
