我真心覺得是很多人對調薪的認知落差
調薪並沒有規定每個人都要調一樣的%數,這樣薪資高的和薪資低的差距只會越來越大,
這樣就會公平嗎?薪資越高,調薪%數越低,是很正常的
GG這兩年的調薪幅度開創台廠先例,尤其員工人數這麼多的公司,人事成本也不少,要知
道對公司而言調薪不是表面上看到的%數影響財務,背後有些隱形成本(勞健團保/退休金/
獎金)大概再1.5倍,意思是如果平均調10%,公司要付出的代價其實是15%,這個成本不管
是移薪或真調薪都得付出的,我覺得GG很有誠意了
再來,老鳥調不到10%,菜鳥調超過10%,那金額差距是多少?說不定連5000都不到,以一
年12個月的薪資base去看,其實只差六萬,但老鳥的分紅比菜鳥多多少?老鳥的價值不就
是在分紅顯現出來了嗎?GG是有取消分紅嗎?要是分紅沒了再來吵還比較合理
如果只是奇檬子不爽,認為調薪%數大家要一樣,那乾脆有guts 一點離職,這麼堅持爭一
口氣就做到底嘛!不然我認為都是無病呻吟,不知足罷了,畢竟老鳥年薪還是比菜鳥多很
多...
