老新人不適應工作 - 離職

幫朋友代PO:
從系統廠轉職到半導體業,
雖然職稱一樣但工作內容差異很大,
以前是沒有工廠,且人員的技能沒現在高,
還一副快倒的樣子,前公司還說我很會用電腦,
這裡卻說我啥都不會,
但我願意case by case學習新事務。
到這裡快半年了,覺得很心急,
因為說真的無法獨立作業,這裡要求做事
快狠準一天內完成,
總是被主管罵,當著所有人面,直接問我
要不換單位,要不離職,說我態度不好,
說其他新人比我好,我像是四大碩的嗎?
我每次被罵後我會繼續完成他給的任務,
發現自己有堅持的特質,但沒用,回家後,
我會想我是哪裡錯了,觀念部分,還是
domain knowledge,還是方法溝通,
因為這裡複雜度相對高,且每個案件
差異性大,無法完全複製這次的改進到
下次,也因為有一次直接複製上次改進後
做法,整個被大罵,我也是回家後邊哭
邊想核心的問題是什麼呢?
這份工作是需要對產線了解,熟悉系統&
程式&數學推導的,還要為了自己跟部門
績效,壓著部門給資料或是做事,
壓人做事的手腕我是覺得需要精進,
另外其他比較hard skill部分我有大致的
觀念,我自己覺得我有case by case越來
越好,程式我也有自己用模板,以後套用
更方便,但是感覺主管不覺得,對話中
總是深深的不信任感。
在我的觀念職涯是需要累積的,
對自己的職涯有很有想法,
像是要去現在公司的外商客戶那,
也把目前工作狀況問神明,
居然給我頭籤,也是滿頭問號,
想說剛進去第一天就生病、公務機給壞的、
識別證還用錯,可能是緣分不足,
這樣貿然離職絕非好事,
但是搞得好像要去看精神科了,
所以上來問問各問大神們,
遇到這種不適應的情況,該如何處理...
