能否育嬰假後直接休第二胎產假? - 人資

請問各位人資~
我目前休育嬰假,即將於這個月期滿,但因為懷了第二胎,預產期是下個月,所以向公司申請下個月12/1復職及下個月12/1開始休產假56天,產假休完再接續第二個小孩的育嬰假!
約一個月前就書面及電話告知公司了,但公司不能接受,一來不希望我復職,二來認為我懷第二胎沒有告知公司,產假支薪也不想給我…但目前還沒有正式拒絕我的申請,有聽說老闆生氣的嗆,是我隱瞞懷孕事實,大家就走法律途徑吧,所以約我去公司談,公司會請律師到場~
聽到律師真的是一頭霧水,我自己諮詢勞工局,這樣應該是沒有問題的,不曉得各位的公司實務上有沒有遇過這種案例?如何跟員工協商呢?到底走法律途徑是可以告我什麼?
也有可能公司選擇直接資遣我,可是距離我復職大約剩半個月,這樣是不可以的吧?
題外話:在我休假期間部門換了新主管,我們完全沒見過面,感覺新主管也不太站在我這邊,可是她一直透過其他同事跟我拉保險,希望我即將出生的小孩可以給她的小孩做業績(她的小孩是業務員)………………
