華碩電腦董事會昨天宣布員工紅利加碼,董監事自砍酬勞0.7%,員工紅利則從稅後純益5%
提升為5.7%,換算每位員工分紅加績效獎金將從33萬元增加至37萬元。華碩財務長張偉明
表示,該方案是由華碩董事長施崇棠親自提出,主要目的是照顧基層主管與員工,善盡社
會責任,讓社會更好。
張偉明表示,華碩昨天開董事會,會中董監事同意通過自砍酬勞從稅後純益的1%降低為
0.3%,而將員工的分紅比率從稅後純益的5%提高到5.7%。
他表示,員工去年分紅加績效獎金總金額約20億元,今年由於提高績效獎金比率10%,再
加上董監事自砍酬勞、處長以上高階主管放棄增加的績效獎金,預計發放給中、基層員工
的分紅加績效金額可達22億元,以華碩員工6千人來概算,每位員工平均分紅加績效獎金
可從33萬元提升至37萬元。
張偉明表示,台灣近年來基層員工薪水增幅小,引發不少社會問題,華碩為了善盡社會責
任,高階的董監事自砍酬勞,中基層員工可共享更多公司利益,希望達到拋磚引玉效果,
對社會來說也有宣示性意義。
董監事與高層主管合計自砍酬勞的金額近1億元。據了解,董監事自砍酬勞的方案是由施
崇棠親自提出,且董事會上每位董監事、高階主管都贊成該方案,沒有異議,認為該方案
可以帶動企業再度向上提升成長。
