各位大大好~
想請問一下最近遇到一個情況!
之前遇到一家公司他們薪水的發放方式如下:
每個月5日領薪水 但只領總薪水的80%
在第三個月的10號會將三個月的20%領回
舉例來說:
2/5 領一月工資的80% 3/5領二月工資的80% 4/5三月工資領80%
但在3/10這天 會領一~三月所沒領到的20%
請問這樣的目的是什麼?
我擔心這中間會有些問題漏洞是我沒注意到的!
