針對出缺勤之罰款 - 薪水

請問一個問題,老闆有指示出缺勤的規定想要用罰款的方式來執行是否妥當?
例:當月份的遲到或早退,第一次和第二次警告,第三次則扣薪水500
當月份的曠職除了當天的薪水不給予外,還必須加扣薪水1000
諸如此類的罰則
請問有沒有違反勞基法的規定,如果有違反了哪條
