開曼公司章程(英譯中) - 翻譯

但是文字格式不夠統一，且部分翻譯不夠精確，需再行整理

[必]工作報酬： 13,000 * 0.8/字元 = NT10,400元

General meetings shall also be convened on the written requisition, duly
signed, of any holder or holders of not less than ten percent of the issued
voting shares deposited at the registered office of the Company specifying
the objects of the meeting if the Board of Directors do not within twenty-one
days from the date of the deposit of the requisition proceed to convene the
meeting, the requisitionist(s) may convene the general meeting in the same
manner, as nearly as possible, as that in which meetings may be convened by
the Board of Directors, and all reasonable expenses incurred shall be borne
by the Company, but any meeting so convened shall not be held after the
expiration of three months after the expiration of the said twenty-one days.
