想請問各位人資一個問題
1. 如果勞方離職預告天數不滿勞基法規定的20日,會有什麼問題嗎?
2. 因為還有特休沒修完,
所以如果離職日還沒生效(特休期間)
就已經到新公司報到
這樣勞健保會有什麼問題嗎?
新舊兩間公司會知道你離職還沒生效,就已經到新公司報到嗎?
