我來分享一下朋友最近遇到的事情給您參考......
7月底和主管提了離職,提離職的當下在會議室裡有說有笑
並且他也把之後的規劃在會議室的聊天中都說了出來 (找工作甚麼的,找到了沒甚麼的)
8月初公司發2015年度的獎金
打開信件後他發現金額是0,於是馬上跟主管說,主管卻回覆不知道為什麼,要去問上層
他還有一個月多才要離職,只是先提早說,好心讓主管可以有時間找新人、且安排交接
而談離職的時候,也有特別問說獎金還會不會有?...吧啦巴拉..
所以他沒預期到會是0,最多就是可能少了一部份分會給其他人,他也很樂意
而且提了離職後還自己主動安排了一堆可以替公司做的事情,
就是覺得大家還是朋友,好讓部門工作之後也能順利進行,讓部門減輕一點負擔
過了幾天後,主管告知,就是因為提離職了,所以朋友的獎金績效就被抽掉了
朋友說根本就不是錢的問題,而是沒有的話也可以先談好,這是尊重的問題
畢竟還有一個月才走,在這之前也還算是正職員工
當大家都開心領錢的時候,他看到一封感謝2015年的信,然後獎金寫 0 元,心裡感到諷刺
當初談的也是年薪,獎金沒有就等於薪水被砍10分之1了吧
然後主管卻一句話也幫忙說...
還說最後主管找他談的時候,說到: 這算現實嗎? 公司本來就是營利事業.. 巴拉巴拉..
然後朋友就對主管說,那我想要先走,離職日想提早,因為後面東西也沒心情做了
之後把收到的信都轉出去給另一位同事,但其實覺得工作上也沒特別的問題要處理就是了
最後,主管覺得這情況有點嚴肅,和朋友聊完後就跑去約談他另一位同事,
他同事說和主管聊天有講到說我朋友能力不錯,但這樣不好,然後業界很小.....#$%#!$%#@..
以後不應該這樣..%@@#%$% 之類的。
我真的很想問,現在被欺負的人,都只能被欺負到底是嗎? 沒拿到錢 最後還要被恐嚇???
不想做了也不行? 而且還是好好的講、好好的提離職,也沒對不起公司
結論就是,原PO不要傻了,你把公司當好人,人家把你當成糞
講得越多,就有可能害得自己越深...
