感覺公司分兩大類
一類是不太裁員的 另一類是沒事也會裁員的
前者只要不犯大錯就能繼續待
但是缺點就是容易有冗員
也因為流動性低 升遷得靠機緣
會裁員的相對比較少冗員
但是就得戰戰兢兢 工作比較不穩定
但是因為流動性高 只要的能力夠 升遷機會多
除了少數特例 例如公司高速成長
不然養老和升遷很難兼顧
