「中華臺北」奧會模式的出現，乃是迫於現實、無可奈何情況下必須接受的事實；目前中
華臺北名稱已成為國際運動及非運動組織接納臺灣的通則；國人對此模式的瞭解與使用尚
處模糊狀態，「名稱爭議」常成為政治與體育事件引爆的焦點；未來國人參與國際組織事
務名稱，傾向以「臺灣」為首選，但「中華臺北」並未受到排斥。

The utilization of ‘Chinese Taipei’, which has represented Taiwan
oscillates the citizens’ attitudes in related to reluctant acceptance; At
present, the utilization of ‘Chinese Taipei’ has become the international
sports and been a general rule that non-sports organizations to accept
Taiwan; the Olympic Formula is still a vague and ambiguous concept to the
citizens, and thus often leads to controversial issues in terms of political
and sporting domains. While giving the consideration of participating in the
international instances, the title of ‘Taiwan’ is mostly favored by the
citizens, nevertheless, the utilization of ‘Chinese Taipei’ is acceptable.
