Analysis of variance (ANOVA) is the statistical method used to interpret
experimental data. ANOVA is used for detecting differences in average
performance of groups of items tested. It breaks total variation down into
accountable sources. The main objective of ANOVA is to extract from the
results how much variation each factor causes relative to the total variation
observed in the result.

Main effects plots allow to identify the level of each factor that provides
the minimum response value. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) and percentages of
influence are used to detect the factors that are not significant so they
could be adjustment factors whose levels would be the appropriate for
easiness and reduction of the cost of the machining operation. In the
industry , some of ANOVA cases use on Comparison of the warpage optimization
in the plastic injection molding , precipitation behavior of metallic alloys
studies , Optimization of cutting parameters for minimizing energy
consumption . But here we use for optimization the Poly wafer resistance and
build up robust design increase the performance of products and minimizing
the noise effect.
